You should always have greens during the day, possibly in some form at any meal. A good way to pack many of them if by cold-press juicing or making veggie smoothie (NOT fruits one). The Earth gives us so much love showing us that green is everywhere so why not use it to the best!
1 full cup of spinach
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1/2 tsp maca
Coconut water from can (instruction below)
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup frozen berries
The night before set you coconut milk can in the fridge to cool. The morning after without shaking the can open it, remove the top solid part carefully with a spoon, and you will have the remaining water set to the bottom. That is what you will use.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until it's smooth and liquid. Use a straw if you want and drink immediately!
