Happy St Patty's Day!! Are you wearing something green, got out your shamrock neckless, drinking irish beer or making shepherd's pie? This morning I decide to get some green on my gluten free oatmeal.
1 cup gluten free oatmeal
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax flour (I just grind my flax seeds)
1 tbsp spirulina
3/4 shredded almonds
2 cup Unsweeten coconut milk (if you like it more runny you might want to add a little more)
Maple syrup to your taste
Add the dried ingredients together in a pan and top it with the milk and maple syrup and mix it up.
Serve warm and no worry there is no taste of seaweed but you will get its health benefit.
