Before working out don't eat, give your body a 1 hour break if possible. If you feel like you need some energy tough here is a simple smoothie idea to feel you up and load you up with healthy fats and proteins (no meat)
1 Tbsp Aloha protein powder chocolate
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 packet almond butter
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Almond milk to cover
Put everything in the blender until smooth. Drinking this before a yoga class will give you power, energy and the right proteins to fuel your muscles for the workout!
