Portobello burger

When you decide to give up gluten and meat doesn't mean you need to suffer. There are many delicious recipes you can have as you probably noticed on my website. Best of all you can have your healthy stile delicious burger and feel satisfied and happy. 

Ingredients:

4 portobello mushrooms cups (for 2 burgers)

1 big round tomato 

1 tbsp of coconut oil 

2 medium size of halloumi cheese

Alfa alfa sprouts to your taste 

1/2 tbsp mustard  

1 tbsp salt

Procedure: 

Wash the portobello and slather the tops with coconut oil. Set them into a oven pan and preheat the oven at 375F, when it's ready put the mushroom in for 15 minute to cook. 

In the meanwhile, wash the tomato and cut thin round slices. Put a little olive oil on a pan and put the tomatoes and make them soften in both sides and salt them. 

Cut the halloumi and grill them. 

When the mushroom are soft and brown, add the tomatoes, cheese, alfa alfa and mustard and enjoy warm!
