Pear Bliss

During winter there are only few seasonal fruits available but doesn't mean it needs to be boring. Here is a way to have a delicious dessert for you and your children. 

Ingredients: 

1 pear (will make 2 servings) 

1 Tbsp of almond meal 

1 tbsp of raw cocoa nibs 

1 tbsp of nuts of your choice 

1 tbsp of maple syrup  if you want it 

Cut the pear in half. Remove the seeds in the center with a knife or a spoon. Cover it with the topping and put them in the oven at 150F for 30 minutes. To know if it's ready poke them with a fork and make sure they are soft. 

Enjoy warm!
