The weather is getting cooler, and we get hungrier, which means that we need to intake more good fats and boost our immune system. I made this delicious smoothie the other day and fixed me up right away.
1/4 frozen blueberries
1 spoon of coconut manna
1 spoon of almond butter
1 spoon of Aloha The Daily Good
1 1/2 cup of water
Soak the dates at least for 5 minutes on some luke water. Add everything in the blender and mix till is creamy and you are all fixed. Enjoy!
