Home made matcha chia pudding 

Chia is a great source of protein, and matcha is an antioxidant so how about combining it and have it in the morning to energize and start the day right? 

This recipe is easy and fast to make either the night before if you don't have time in the morning, or wake up a little earlier and make it, and in the meanwhile you get dressed and ready let it sit, and this blissful bowl will wait to be eaten once you are ready. 

Ingredients:

8 tsp of Chia seeds

6 tsp maple syrup 

1 Tbs of Matcha 

1 tsp almond extract

1 cup of milk or dairy free milk ( I used my almond milk)

Procedure:

In a blender mix the milk, matcha, almond extract and maple syrup and mix until the composition is liquid and green color.

In a bowl put the chia seeds and coverer them with the liquid composition and for 15 minutes let it sit stirring everything every couple of times. If you like your pudding then it's ready to be eaten, if you prefer it cool and a little harder then make it sit in the fridge for few hours.
