“Love Your Greens” Breakfast Burrito

Eggs are one of the best breakfast choices because of their high “good fat” and omega contents. make sure that you purchase organic eggs and free range ones if possible. Breaking your morning fast needs to be done with something that fuels you up for the day and adding extra delicious ingredients will make your eggs even more delicious.


3 pasteur raised eggs

1 collard green leaf

1/4 ripe avocado

2 ramps stems 

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon Himalayan salt

1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut milk

In a bowl mix the eggs with salt and coconut milk until nice and smooth. Add the ramps, Aloha Daily Good, cubed avocado and stir together. In a non stick pan  melt the coconut oil and place the collard green and make sure it cooks with the oil, you will notice the leaf getting greener as it touches the oil in the pan. Set aside in a serving plate and add the eggs. Scramble to your choice and set it on top on the collard green. Finally add some fresh parsley and serve warm.
