Kale Chips

When you are hungry don't shovel your face in some Lay's Chips, peanuts or snickers instead you can make an alternative to potato chips which are still delicious and super easy to make. 

Ingredients:

Lacinato ro purple kale

Salt to your taste 

Olive oil to cover each leaf with it

Preparation: 

Preheat the over at 350 and rinse the kale, enough that will fit on your oven tray without being one on top of each other. The with your hands mix some olive oil and salt in a small bowl and slather each leaf with it and put in the over. After 2 minutes turn them to the other side. The Lacinato cook faster then the purple because of the flatter leaves. 

Once you take them out move them to a plate and let them cool off a little and you are ready to go! 

A perfect snack to bring to work, have for kids after school or while watching a movie.
