Italian Chestnut cake

Chestnut cake or in italian "Castagnaccio" is a dessert for the poor farmers or Tuscany but it's delicious. Made with few ingredients and very simple. 

Ingredients:

2 cups of

1/2 cup of pine nuts

1/3 dried raisins soften in water

2 1/2 cup of water

1/2 cut walnuts

1/4 olive oil 

1 rosemary stem

1 pinch of salt

Preparation: 

Pre heat the oven at 380 F. 

Swift the flour and slowly add the water while mixing. Add the dried ingredients and mix. Rinse the raising and add them. When it's all well amalgamated put some olive oil in the baking pan and add the mix. When it's all even add the rosemary and the olive oil and put in the oven for 25-30 min. 

You will know the cake is ready when it's dar and hard.
