Homemade Chicken soup

If you are sick or cold a warm soup normally does the trick. Because of the benefits that broth has will help you feel better and warm making the body recover from the inside.

3 spring onions

1 large carrot

mushrooms of choice

1 bunch of parsley

small piece of ginger

Chicken broth (I made one but you can buy an organic chicken stock otherwise)

1 thigh and 1 breast chicken meat if using only packaged stock

Bring the broth to boil and make carrots and onions to soften. Once soft enough add the mushrooms and if needed some salt and ginger. Cook until almost soft and then add the chicken. When the meat is ready add the finely chopped parsley.

Serve in a bowl warm and slowly enjoy it.

I haven't tried to make pork broth yet have you? Send out the recipe please!
