Green Gold Smoothie

Sometimes all you need is a nice clean and simple smoothie to reboot you. The other morning I made this delicious one. 

Ingredients: 

1 Banana (frozen or not, that's your choice) 

1 Spoon of almond butter

1 cup of organic spinach 

1 tsp of flax meal

1 tsp of chia seeds

Coconut milk as needed 

Millet puffs to top

Preparation:

Mix everything in the blender except the millet puffs and once the smoothie is poured in a tall glass add the puffs. Chew your smoothie to let the body ingest all the goodies even more. 

Enjoy and have a good morning or snack!
