Breakfast bowls are a great way to start the day and load up with many goodies. 


2/4 cup gluten free Bob's Mill oatmeal 

1 Tbsp turmeric 

3/4 homemade almond milk 

1 Banana 

1 Tbsp Maca 

1 tsp Manna 


Chia seeds

Bee pollen 

Puffed millet

Mix all ingredients in a blender and cover with your choice of toppings.
