Choco banana love

My morning ritual consists in water and lemon and then wither breakfast, which range from pasture raised eggs, oatmeal, yogurt and granola, chia pudding or a smoothie. When this is in the menu I want to make it tasty and full of great foods. Here is one when you have that chocolate crazing. 


1 banana 

1 Tbsp raw cocoa 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1 handful of almonds

Unsweeten coconut to cover 

Blend everything and pour in a tall glass. Drink and you are ready to go!
