Chia & rice puff treats

Do you need an healthy afternoon pick up but don't want to head to the vending machine with processed food added with corn syrup, sugar, additives and more? Here is something that will get that sweet craving out. There are only 5 ingredients and is nuts, sugar, dairy and gluten free!

Ingredients:

Serving size 5 balls

20 dried dates (pitted and socked few minuted in water)

5 tbsp raw cocoa 

1/2 cup puffed rice

1 tbsp chia seeds

Shredded coconut for coating 

Mix all ingredients in a food processor except the coconut. Turn the mixture into medium size balls and they are ready to be eaten.
