Chia bread

When you are celiac or decided to be gluten free you may tremble that you won't be able to enjoy food anymore, but you are wrong. Fortunately there are many alternative instead of gluten for you breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and dessert. Start cooking! 

This chia bread was delicious and work perfectly with some avocado and tomatoes, with babaganoush or smoked salmon and chive.


1 cup of gluten free oat to blend into flour or buy gluten free oat flour

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of chia seeds 

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 sunflower seeds

Some fresh thyme

1 Tbsp dried origano 

1/2 tsp fine salt


If you want to make oat flour just blend the oats until they are fine. 

Pre heat the oven at 325F.

Add the dried ingredients in a bowl and mix well, pour the water and keep mixing till everything is even. 

Pour the content in a bake pan with parchment paper and cook for 25 minutes. When it is solid and ready, let cool off on a cutting board. When cool top with whatever you like.
