Cast iron baked eggs

Brunch can be eaten out at the restaurant or made home in an healthier and delicious way. I made these babies and everyone loved them. 


5 pasture raised eggs (1 per person or choose how many each person want and change accordingly) 

2 bunches of washed spinach 

1 handful of baby tomatoes 

1/2 avocado to add at the end (optional) 

1 spoon of sesame seeds

A pinch of salt 


Wash and rinse the spinach, set the on the cast iron pan and then add the eggs, cut the tomatoes in half and add some salt. Turn the oven at 350F and put the pan. Let the egg cook until it looks cook, about 15 minutes and then add the sesame last with the avocado. Serve warm!

How do you like your eggs? Don't be afraid of the yolk and eat your eggs as an whole!
