Brussel sprouts and kale salad

Sometime is nice to change from regular salad to kale as leafy green. Here a quick and delicious salad.

Ingredients:

2 kale leafs

5-6 small tomatoes

1/5 avocado

6 small Brussel sprouts sliced with a mandolin

1/4 cup of hard cheese (I had a pecorino directly from Tuscany that I brought back from my farmer)

1 Tblsp of Gomasio (roasted and salted and grated sesame seeds) 

Procedure:

Combine all together and add some extra virgin olive oil and salt and ready to go!
