When you want a snack don't be tempted to that junk food that will make you more tired and gain the extra waste line. Make yourself something that fills you up and loads you with energy.
1/2 very ripe avocado
1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
6 slices watermelon radishes
1 handful microgreens
2 rice cakes
Salt to taste
Slice with a mandolin the radish. Take the Rice cakes with a knife spread 1/2 of the avocado in a rice cake and the rest on the second one. Powder the nutritional yeast and top with the radishes, microgreens and balsamic vinegar.
