When you are looking for a snack to bring to the office or the gym don’t grab the first bar you find on the grocery shop isle or those chip in the break room, instead there are various foods you can simply make which will stop your hunger and satisfy you. If you are in the mood of something not too salty or overpowered by artificial sweeteners then here is a bar which will fit your taste.
3/4 cup gluten free oatmeal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
1 Aloha Good Daily berry blend
1 tablespoon of maca powder
1/4 cup of water
Set all the ingredients in a blender and then add room temperature water and mix it until a soft dough is made.
With a spoon scoop the content from the blender and form rectangular shape bars and set them on a plate. Once they are ready put them on the fridge for 30-40 minutes before eating them. You can keep them on the fridge up to 4 days until they expire since there are no preservative. If not place them in sandwich ziplock and being with you as a snack for yourself or child.
