Greek Summer Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups Fresh and organic lettuce 

1/4 cup Pitted Kalamata 

1 cup Organic cherry tomatoes 

Half a medium Organic cucumber 

1/4 Local feta cubed 

1 Tbsp hemp seeds 

Olive oil 

Salt 

Procedure: 
Set the lettuce on top, make sure is washed and cut a little to make it easier to eat. Halve the tomatoes, cube the feta and slice the cucumber (if you have a mandolin will be even better. Set everything on top and them sprinkle the hemp seeds. In a small bowl mix olive oil and salt to taste and then pour it on top. A beautiful and refreshing salad is ready to be eaten.
