2 Ingredients Coconut Milk

I love anything with coconut and coconut milk in my morning coffee, tea or smoothie is such a treat. So far the only bottles one I like is the So delicious unsweetened one, but to make coconut milk is so easy you can make it yourself. 

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded coconut

4 cups filtered water

1 blender

1 nut bag

1 mason jar

What to do:

Put the shredded coconut and filter water in the blender and turn it on for about 2 minutes if possible. Then pour the mixture in the nut bag on top of the container and start squeezing the bag until all the liquid is out. The rest of the mixture can be trashed. This milk will last about 3 days. If you want to sweeten it you can add a date or some honey.
