Every meal is an opportunity to be present, and for deep nourishment for body, mind, heart and spirit. How do the choices we make impact ourselves, our community and our world? We will delve into our multi-dimensional relationship with food through inner and outer exploration and inquiry, movement, mindfulness, breath, and conscious listening.
