Cauliflower Patties

Cauliflower is a great food to give since it’s filled with Vitamin C, a great detoxifier and has Choline which helps keeping the gastro intestinal track healthy.

I made these patties for the whole family and Diana loved it. It’s so fast and simple and will satisfy everyone at the table.

Ingredients:

half organic cauliflower head

1 cup cassava flour

1.2 cup tapioca flour

1 Tblsp coconut oil

Salt

1 teasp dill

Preheat the oven at 375 F.

Use a food processor to blend the cauliflower, grind it to small pieces.

Pour everything in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Make little balls and flatten them and put them in a baking tray. When they are ready and the oven is warm put in there and cook for 30-40 mins. Half way trough them turn them.

When ready, let them cool and then eat.
