Blueberry and coconut jello


Every kid loves jello. This helps their gums, they are easy for them to eat and you can pack many different fruits and excellent ingredient. Diana love blueberries so here you go: 


1/4 cup manna 

1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

1 + 1/4 water 

3 packet monk fruit sugar or sweetener of choice 

1 pinch of salt 

3 Tbsp organic beef gelatin 

Blend fruit, manna, water, sweetener and salt. Set 1/2 cup aside and mix the rest in a pan with the gelatin and make it simmer until the gelatin is well disolved. Then let it set in an ice tray and put in the fridge for 1 hour. This will make about 1 regular tray and and half. Eat and enjoy for up to 1 week.
