Mini veggie frittata

This recipes fits every age for solid food, I have made it for my toddler that at times gives me problem with vegetables and lately spinach is a no-no but with this frittata she enjoyed it. Children like food that they can eat with their food and simple.

Recipe:

6 muffin frittata

5 eggs

1/5 cup coconut milk

1/5 cup frozen peas

1 small broccoli head pre boiled

1/4 cup cut spinach

1.4 teasp turmeric

1.4 teasp cumin

salt

Ghee for muffin tin

Preheat the oven at 350F. Put some ghee on your muffin tin and set aside.

In a large bowl mix all the other ingredients till smooth and then set in the tin and cook for 20 minutes.

This is a perfect recipe for the all family.
